The app crashes every time I try to log in to my account.

Why on earth cant you purchase Nook books through this app?

The app wont allow purchases of Nook books. What is up with that? Get with it BN.

This app is a joke, the only reason I gave a star at all is out of pity.

I love looking for new books to read but I dont buy from online... I go to my local Barnes and noble to buy my books. I usually browse books on this app and I have come across some really interesting ones but I cant save them to my account under any type of wish list which is extremely frustrating! I always have to write the books down on a separate piece of paper, its just a big inconvenience. Please consider adding a wish list to make the app even better. So for now only one star.

Please please please give us our old app or update this one I order books at least once a week and it makes it so difficult. I need to be able to see everything recently viewed so I remember books to buy later like the old app had.

The previous version of this app was so much better. I dont like this version at all, its slower and the lay out is ugly. I want the old version back.

Basically the new update of the app is a dumbed down web browser for viewing the mobile site. The only problem is, if you run into any kind of error, there is no option to go back short of completely restarting the app. I was just trying to search for something, but Id hate to imagine trying to actually purchase something from the app without a way to undo a mistake. Terrible update.

I love this app, I use it all the time to search for my favorite titles and authors but I wish it had a Wish List, or something of the sort, so I could keep an easy eye on the books I would like to purchase next.

I really enjoy using this app. It makes using my membership a lot easier. :) its easy for me to use with its categories and search to find anything Im looking for.

I really dont know what people are really complaining about here...? I easily navigate through the app and I really only look for books on it. I never tried ordering from the app but Ive ordered from the website and everything was perfectly fine for me. I think people need to get used to how to use it and take their time learning it.

Its good app working on iPhone 6s. The most annoying problem is that you have to enter account data every time you open the app.

I really dont have a problem with this app. Except the fact that I have to sign in every time I open it. This is my main problem. And that when I search up a book there are a lot of unrelated things that come up with it. I dont really mind this though.

Difficult to remove items from cart. Cant use my gift card on line or in the store. Only good for browsing books. I shop elsewhere.

With this new update the app runs very slow and sluggish. The version before this ran much better. The app keeps signing me out and sometimes I have difficulty signing in. Please fix the bugs.

I love purchasing Nookbooks on my iPhone. I cant locate them when searching for a title or author of a book. It always gives me the paperback version and not the Nookbooks. I have no troubles on my Dell Tablet with Google Apps using the Nook app for purchases of Nookbooks. The App Store version of Nook doesnt allow me to purchase the Nookbooks on it. I have to go to the Barnes and Noble App. I haves one been ordering Nookbooks for years. I dont like The Apple versions.

The new update is terrible. It is much less user friendly. Its just like the website now which I despise. Had I know how terrible it would be, I never wouldve updated. I want the old app back!!

The app keeps crashing whenever I logged in. Even though the previous version made me log in every time I reopened the app, at least it didnt make logging in impossible.

The previous version had its quirks, but I used it, frequently. The update is just awful. By the time you get a search loaded, you can have it delivered to your door from Amazon. Sorry, B&N. This app is useless.
