Honestly, I didnt realize the update was going to do what it did. Its much slower now, and I feel like I cant do anything. With the older version, it was quick and easy. Also, if I wanted it to look like this, I would just use Safari to go on Barnes and Noble. Want the old version back, this is complete garbage.

Appreciate the update, but I agree- its just a facsimile of the website. Very choppy user experience. I like the older version more. Needs serious work.

This could have been so much better.

Slow. Lags. Wheres the back button?! And why does it look exactly like a web browser? If I wanted to browse the web, Id be on the web. Apps should be simpler than the web, faster, sleek, and consumer oriented.

I agree with everyone else this new update is much slower, takes forever to load it was fine the way it was ill admit it did need some work but now its worse please fix!

This update is awful!!! Basically it takes you to their mobile site and when trying to purchase a book it keeps asking for your shipping info, after hitting the save and continue button it takes you right back to the shipping info page!!!

Please fix this! Its less user-friendly.

Please revert back to the old version. This app crashes on my Ipad Air 2 and Iphone 6 consistently. Pictures of what is being sold? 1/2 the time at best. Want a B&N exclusive Melisandre PoP figure? No picture, no info to order, and app crash. This app is laughable. Will not renew my $25 card this year. The store is going downhill.

The fact that a company this large can get away with having a terrible web app frame as a mobile application is a joke. Did B&N play the "how difficult can we make a simple app to use" game?

I used to use this app to order books constantly. With the new update I havent been able to successfully order one. It loops through the screen to enter my address over and over again. It wont accept coupon codes. I have given up even trying! This is absolutely horrible!

First off, the app is exactly the same as the website. Why bother having both if theyre the same? Several links to Bestseller books are broken links, which obviously indicates no one is double checking anything before it goes live or youre just too incompetent to figure out whats going on. Take it down and start from scratch, otherwise its not with anyones time

The app before the update wasnt bad. Now it is complete crap. Its the mobile site except worse because it takes 3 minutes to load. Bring back the old version! This app is unusable.

This new update is horrible! Everything is slow and wont load. Hoping they get fixed soon because I love this app!

If you want to buy a book online it is 25-35% less and free shipping. But if you want to get it in store you have to pay more. And they will not match Their own prices. And people wonder why no one goes to book stores anymore. I will not buy ANYTHING from them again.

Why..... Why did you update the app to be worse its older version was better at least with that version i could remove things if i didnt mean to add them plz do me a solid and down play the update back to the older version at least then i could use this app again

Version 3.0 is absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs. Its now a web app...an unresponsive, slow, poorly designed, poorly scaling, and illogically configured mess. Automatically deleted. Buh-bye B&N.

This is just the website. Barnes and Noble, you should be ashamed.

Should really go back to the old look!!! ASAP
